Trailex Shipping Policy
At Trailex, we take great care to ensure your trailer or parts arrive safely and on time. Depending on the product ordered, we use one of three shipping methods:
1. Assembled Bumper Pull (Delivered by Driver)

Fully assembled trailers are transported directly by our professional drivers.

Delivery times and rates vary based on destination and trailer size.

Our driver will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate unloading and inspection.

The customer must be present to receive the trailer and confirm condition upon delivery.
2. UPS Ground Shipping

Smaller trailers (such as SUT or utility models) and all accessories or replacement parts are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
3. Common Carrier Freight

Larger, crated, or palletized shipments are sent via common carrier (LTL freight).

The carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule a time.

Shipments must be inspected for damage upon arrival; any issues should be noted on the bill of lading and reported to Trailex within 24 hours.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order trailers may require additional lead time. You will be notified of estimated ship dates after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote.
Refund, Returns, and Warranty Policy — Trailex Trailers
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unregistered, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent protective material to prevent damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products and materials are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Custom-built trailers or special-order models

Parts or accessories that have been installed or modified

Electrical components
-
Gift cards or promotional items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send any trailer or product directly back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from Trailex.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to Trailex error

Products returned after the 30-day return window
-
Items damaged due to customer handling, shipping negligence, or improper packaging
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:

Recheck your bank or credit account.

Contact your credit card company—posting delays can occur.

Contact your bank for further processing times.
If you’ve completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@trailex.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email sales@trailex.com and return your item to the address provided in your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Trailex gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and approved.
If the gift giver purchased the product for themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact sales@trailex.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any approved refund.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Trailex is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Warranty Coverage
At Trailex, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our trailers. Each product is covered by a limited warranty from the date of original purchase, as follows:

Car Trailers: 3-Year Limited Warranty

SUT / Boat Trailers: 1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. It does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, overloading, or improper towing

Normal wear and tear, including tires, bearings, or cosmetic finishes
-
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
